Commercial air conditioning units sold to contractors make up 30% of the total sales, with parts and supplies being the smallest sector at 20%. The domestic units are sold and serviced by retail dealers. The larger commercial and industrial units are installed and serviced by general contractors and mechanical contractors. Large warehouses and sales offices are located in St. Louis, Indianapolis, Louisville and Evansville.
