Jeffrey A. Bosse, President and CEO of Bosse Title Company

Jeff is President of the United Way of Southwestern Indiana, the Vanderburgh Community Foundation, and Evansville Museum of Arts & Sciences. He is also Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors for the Evansville Bar Association and Friends of Victory Theater. In addition, Bosse serves as a Board Member on Southwestern Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, Community Foundation Alliance, Youth Resources of Southwestern Indiana and Corporation for Housing Opportunities in the City of Evansville.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor Decree from Northwestern University School of Law.

Bosse Title, located in Evansville, IN, primary emphasis is on general corporate, entity formation, mergers and acquistions, and real estate.

Alan W. Braun, Chairman and CEO, Industrial Contractors, Inc.

Alan was Chair of the University of Evansville's Board of Trustees in 2002 and has been a member of the UE Board since 1989. He has been a Director of Old National Bancorp and Old National Bank. Braun is a member of Vision-e and a member of the Evansville Regional Business Committee. He has served as chair of the Deaconess Hospital Foundation and the Deaconess Service Corporation. He has also served as chairman of Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana and the United Way Fund Drive.

Alan has had many successful business ventures including serving as Vice President of Professional Consultants, Inc., President of Industrial Equipment, Vice President of Tri-State Refractories, and General Partner in Braun Realty. He is also a past recipient of the UE Delta Sigma Pi Business Leader of the Year Award.

Alan holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Industrial Contractors, Inc. is a general, mechanical and electrical contractor located in Evansville, IN.

Steven A. Church, President, Gibbs Die Casting Corp.

Steve serves on Koch Enterprises and Gibbs Die Casting's Board of Directors. He is also a Director of Brake Supply, South Western Communications, George Koch Sons and the Koch Foundation.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Evansville and a MBA from IU Kelly School of Business. He received his law degree from IU School of Law, is registered as a patent attorney and a member of the Indiana Bar Association.
He has extensive experience in electrical design engineering, R&D for interfacing technology in new products and industrial engineering and services.

David M. Koch, President, Brake Supply Co., Inc.

David serves as a Director of Koch Enterprises, Brake Supply, Koch Air, Audubon Metals and the Koch Foundation.

David graduated from Purdue University with a BSME and received a MBA from IU Kelly School of Business. Previously, he held positions as the VP of Residential Sales for Koch Air LLC, managing the Residential and Parts & Supplies and Marketing Teams from 2008 through 2011. Prior to Koch Air he started and ran Comfort Financial Services, a financing company for residential and commercial HVAC systems from 2003 through 2007. He served as branch manager at Koch Air Indianapolis for four years beginning in 1999. His other past experiences include: working as a marketing manager for Sunbeam Corporation and a financial analyst for Sensormatic in south Florida.

Kevin R. Koch, President, Koch Enterprises, Inc.

Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of Koch Enterprises, Audubon Metals, Brake Supply, George Koch Sons, Gibbs Die Casting, Koch Air, SWC, Uniseal and the Koch Foundation.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from IU Kelly School of Business. Kevin currently serves as a board member on the Economic Development Coalition of SW Indiana, Tri-State World Trade Network and Catholic Foundation.

Prior to joining Koch Enterprises, Kevin was President of Brake Supply for six years. Kevin was also at Gibbs Die Casting for six years, serving as Purchasing Manager. Also while at Gibbs he was the Project Manager for the construction of the Gibbs-Hungary factory and lived in Hungary for a year. Other past work experiences include Manager of Web Hosting Services for Electronic Data System (EDS), Plano, TX; Buyer for Ford Motor Company, Cincinnati, OH; Engineer and Source Development Specialist in the Power Generation Business Unit for Siemens (formerly Westinghouse Electric) in Orlando, FL.

Robert L. Koch II, CEO and Chairman of Koch Enterprises, Inc.

Bob is a registered professional engineer and holds seven US patents. He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BSME and received his MBA from University of Pittsburgh.

Bob serves as Director for the publicly traded Vectren Corporation in Evansville. Bob also is a Director of the Koch Foundation. He is past Chairman of the University of Evansville Trustees and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Bob is President of the Signature School, the first charter high school in Indiana. In 1991, he received the Rotary Civic Award, and has honorary Doctoral degrees from Vincennes University and Ivy Tech State College. In 1998, he was recognized as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Manufacturing in Indiana.

Lawrence J. Kremer, Vice President, Emerson Electric Co.

Larry serves on the University of Evansville's Board of Trustees and Fifth Third Bank, Indiana's Board of Directors. He is also active raising money for the area's Catholic High School's capital campaign.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Evansville and a MBA from the University of Evansville.

Prior to joining Emerson Electric Co, Larry was with Whirlpool Corporation for 27 years.

P. Daniel Miller, Executive Director, Institute for Global Enterprise in Indiana at the University of Evansville

Dan previously assumed duties as the Vice President of Kimball International and President of Kimball Furniture Group. His prior experience includes executive management positions, sales, and marketing, manufacturing operations and multi-billion dollar branded sales and distribution strategies, both domestically and internationally. During Dan ’s tenure with Whirlpool Corporation, he served as President and CEO of the Latin American Appliance Group in Brazil, as well as holding senior sales and marketing assignments worldwide. Dan is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in Business Administration; he completed the Harvard University Advanced Management Program in 1991.  

Ronald D. Romain, CEO, United Companies

Ronald Romain is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of United Companies comprised of Professional Transportation, Inc. (PTI), Romain Automotive Group (RAG), and United Leasing, Inc. (ULI).

Brad J. Muehlbauer, President, Koch Air LLC.

Brad serves as a director on the boards of Koch Air, Audubon Metals, South Western Communications, Koch Enterprises, and the Koch Foundation.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from the University of Michigan. Previously, Brad served as Vice President of Operations for Koch Air, and prior to Koch Air, Brad held several management positions at Gibbs Die Casting. Brad has also worked as a project manager at BP, and as a management consultant for KPMG.

Brad volunteers in the community by serving as a director of the EVSC Foundation Board, United Way of Southwestern Indiana, Christ the King School Board, and Tomorrow's Workforce.

James H. Muehlbauer, Executive Vice President of Koch Enterprises, Inc.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Industrial Administration from Purdue University.

Susan E. Parsons, CFO, Secretary and Treasurer for Koch Enterprises, Inc.

Susan also serves as Secretary and Treasurer for the Board of Directors of Koch Enterprises, Inc. and Comfort Financial. She is the Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer for George Koch Sons and Koch Air, Assistant Treasurer for Gibbs Die Casting and Secretary for Uniseal and Brake Supply.

Susan is a Director of Audubon Metals, Brake Supply, George Koch Sons, Gibbs Die Casting, Koch Air, South Western Communications, Uniseal and the Koch Foundation.

Susan is a Certified Public Accountant, and graduated with honors from Purdue University with a BSIM.

Currently Susan serves as the President of the YMCA board, Treasurer of the Signature School Board, Treasurer of the Signature School Foundation, Director of the USI Foundation and Director of the Evansville Police Foundation. Past community activities consist of Director and Secretary of United Way, Chairman of the Planning Committee, Director of Southwestern Indiana Easter Seal Society, Director and Treasurer of the Volunteer Action Center, and Director and Treasurer of Family and Children's Service and Director and Treasurer of Youth Resources of SW Indiana.
