Alan
W. Braun, Chairman and CEO, Industrial Contractors, Inc.
Braun was Chair
of the University of Evansville's Board of Trustees in 2002
and has been a member of the UE Board since 1989. He has been
a Director of Old National Bancorp and Old National Bank.
Braun is a member of Vision-e and a member of the Evansville

Steven A. Church, President, George Koch Sons
Steve serves on George Koch Sons' Board of Directors. He is also a Director of Audubon Metals, Gibbs Die Casting Corporation, Uniseal and the Koch Foundation.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Evansville and a MBA from IU Kelly School of Business. He received his law degree from IU School of Law, is registered as a patent attorney and a member of the Indiana Bar Association.
He has extensive experience in electrical design engineering, R&D for interfacing technology in new products and industrial engineering and services.
Steve practiced corporate and intellectual property law at Barnes & Thornburg, including patents, copyrights, and trade agreements.

Stephen G. Jennings, President, University of Evansville
Jennings began his tenure as the 22nd president of the University of Evansville in June 2001. He has served as president of three other institutions since 1983: Oklahoma City University, Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, and the College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri.
Locally, Jennings is a member of the board of directors of Old National Evansville Metro Community Bank-South District, Ascension Health Systems (St. Mary's Hospital), Economic Development Coalition of Southwestern IN, Signature Learning Center, Evansville Rotary Club, and WNIN Public Broadcasting. In 2006, he served as Pacesetter Chair on the United Way of Southwestern IN Campaign Cabinet and has been a member of their campaign cabinet since 2004.
Jennings holds
a Ph.D. in counseling and human development from the University of Georgia as well as a diploma from Harvard University's Institute for Educational Management. Jennings received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Trinity University and a Master of Science degree in personnel counseling from Miami University.

David M. Koch, Vice President Residential Sales, Koch Air
David serves as a director of Koch Enterprises, Brake Supply, Koch Air and the Koch Foundation.
David graduated from Purdue University with a BSME and received a MBA from IU Kelly School of Business. Previously, he started and ran Comfort Financial Services, a financing company for residential and commercial HVAC systems. He served as branch manager at Koch Air Indianapolis for four years. His other past experiences include: working as a marketing manager for Sunbeam Corporation and a financial analyst for Sensormatic in south Florida.
David is active in the community by committing time to Evansville's Historic Reitz Home. He also serves as a trustee to the Evansville Museum and the Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Evansville Industrial Foundation.

Kevin R. Koch, President, Brake Supply
Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of Brake Supply, Koch Air, Gibbs Die Casting and the Koch Foundation.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from IU Kelly School of Business.
Prior to joining Brake Supply, Kevin was at Gibbs Die Casting for six years, most recently serving as Purchasing Manager. Also while at Gibbs he was the Project Manager for the construction of the Gibbs-Hungary factory and lived in Hungary for a year. His past work experiences include Manager of Web Hosting Services for Electronic Data System (EDS), Plano, TX; Buyer for Ford Motor Company, Cincinnati, OH; Engineer and Source Development Specialist in the Power Generation Business Unit for Westinghouse Electric in Orlando, FL. |

Robert
L. Koch II, President and CEO of Koch Enterprises, Inc.
Bob is a registered
professional engineer and holds seven US patents. He graduated
cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BSME and
received his MBA from University of Pittsburgh.
Bob serves as
Director for two publicly traded companies, Fifth Third Bancorp
in Cincinnati and Vectren Corporation in Evansville. Bob also
is a Director of the Koch Foundation. He is past Chairman
of the University of Evansville Trustees and the Indiana Chamber
of Commerce. Bob is President of the Signature School, the
first charter high school in Indiana. In 1991, he received
the Rotary Civic Award, and has honorary Doctoral degrees
from Vincennes University and Ivy Tech State College. In 1998,
he was recognized as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of
the Year for Manufacturing in Indiana.

Lawrence
J. Kremer, Vice President, Emerson Electric Co.
Kremer serves
on the University of Evansville's Board of Trustees and Fifth
Third Bank, Indiana's Board of Directors. He is also active
raising money for the area's Catholic High School's capital
campaign.
Kremer holds
a Bachelor of Science from the University of Evansville and
a MBA from the University of Evansville.

Emerson Electric Co, Kremer was with Whirlpool Corporation

P. Daniel Miller, Executive Vice President, Kimball International and President, Kimball Furniture Group
Miller assumed his duties with Kimball International in August 2000. His prior experience includes executive management positions, sales, and marketing, manufacturing operations and multi-billion dollar branded sales and distribution strategies, both domestically and internationally. During Miller’s tenure with Whirlpool Corporation, he served as President and CEO of the Latin American Appliance Group in Brazil, as well as holding senior sales and marketing assignments worldwide. Miller is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in Business Administration; he completed the Harvard University Advanced Management Program in 1991.
He is currently a member of the board of directors of BIFMA (Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association) and is a past president of the Trade Association. Miller is also a member of the board of directors of Handleman Company, a publicly traded company that provides Logistics and Supply Chain services to retailers in various parts of the world.

Brad serves as a director on the boards of Koch Enterprises, Koch Air, Gibbs Die Casting, Brake Supply, Uniseal, and the Koch Foundation.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Koch Air, Brad was Gibbs's president of North American Operations. Brad has also worked as a project manager at BP working on acquisitions, divestitures, and other retail alliances and as a management consultant for KPMG in the Operations Improvement practice.
Brad also serves as a board member for Easter Seals of Southwestern Indiana.
