Koch Enterprises Announces McDonald as Chief Financial Officer

Koch Enterprises has named Neil McDonald as the new Chief Financial Officer. Retiring CFO, Susan Parsons, will continue in her role through the summer of 2024 assisting with the transition. Throughout her 40-year career, Parsons has been instrumental in the remarkable growth and success of Koch Enterprises.

Most recently, McDonald served as the CFO of AmeriQual, a privately held food packaging company based in Evansville. Prior to that, he was a Controller at MasterBrand Cabinets, furniture manufacturer, in Jasper, Indiana, and also held various Finance roles with Nestle USA, a food and beverage manufacturer.

“Through these experiences with a family office and multiple large manufacturers, Neil has demonstrated success in such areas as strategic planning, forecasting, strategy, merger & acquisition, and product profitability improvements that I believe will be very beneficial to our organization,” said Kevin Koch, President and CEO of Koch Enterprises.

McDonald, originally from Evansville, earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his Master of Business Administration from Ball State University.
